Praise For Edinburgh 08 Show

The Scotsman (5 star review)

More than any show I have seen this Fringe, I desperately want to see it again. It is O'Shea's first show in Edinburgh and is endlessly delightful and surprising. O'Shea has the soft, buttery tones of Ardal O'Hanlon married to the kind of luxuriant angst, glorious vulnerabilities and fabulous impromptu raging that reminds you how extraordinary stand-up can be.
His show is a heady mix of autobiographical, anecdotal, obsessional and observational riffs, plus songs. It is a hour during which, in turns, you want to hug him, laugh, cry and possibly alert social services.
